Directions
- Take either tenderloins or large loins and carefully start filleting until the meat lays flat like a piece of paper approximately 1/2 – 1” thick.
- Then spread cream cheese and shredded cheeses of your choice, then top with fixings of your choice. Some popular choices are jalapenos, spinach, peppers, and mushrooms.
- Next step is roll the meat back up with all the fixin’s inside, some folks use butcher string to keep the loin together, but the Po Man prefers wrapping with bacon!!
**NOTE ** Use the same grill set up and ingredients as either tenderloins or loin recipes.
