I usually do half chickens, but tried this recipe and it turned out great. I also took a sweet onion and cut the center out, shoved a stick of butter in it and buttered the outside. Then I put black pepper, salt and garlic on it, the warped it in foil and placed on the drip plate until chicken was done, I didn’t get any of it either. I love my Po’Man.
