- 2 – 3 Fish Filets
- 12-15 Shrimp
- 2 Full Ears of Corn
- Bundle of Asparagus
Cover fish filets and asparagus in olive oil and season to choice. Salt and pepper the corn and season the shrimp.
- Place fish filets / steaks on level 3 first and let cook for 15-20 minutes. Next add the corn and asparagus to level 3. Lastly add shrimp when there is 10-15 minutes left on the cook. Total time of cook is approximately 40 minutes. Cook fish to 145 degrees and shrimp to 120 degrees internal temp.
**TIP** Baste fish, shrimp, and corn with butter 5-10 minutes before taking off Po Man. Also, toss the asparagus several times during with tongs while cooking.
