Ingredients
- Baby Back Ribs: 4 – Full slabs cut in half
- Salt
- Pepper
- Old Bay
- Garlic Powder or Tiger Seasoning
- Brown Sugar
Directions
- Marinate Ribs for at least 1:30 – 2:00 hours.
- Remove from marinade and shake off excess and pat dry with paper towel. Cover both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder or tiger seasoning, Old Bay, and a little brown sugar.
- Run skewers through narrow end, allowing largest to hang down. Leave ¼ – ½ “ gap in lid and cook 1:25 – 1:45 hours. Remove and wrap in foil, add butter and favorite sauce for moisture then put back in Po’Man or warming drawer for 30 minutes or longer.

You mention to marinade for some time but the recipe never mentions ingredients, just fyi.
I have made these ribs several time in the PO Man Grill and they are by far some of the best I have had. The ribs have a different flavor then others I have made using other smokers or grills. This little trash can is a rib cooking machine!!!
