Fish Filets

Directions

  1. Cover filets in olive oil on both sides. Season with salt (lightly), pepper, Everglades Seasoning, and Old Bay (lightly).

  2. Put filets on grate placed on level 3 and cook  :25 – :45 minutes or 145 degrees internal temp or higher, depending on thickness and type of fish.

**TIPS** Brush filets with butter 5 minutes or so before removing off Po’Man
